Returns of new and unused merchandise, in original packaging where applicable, is accepted within 30 days of purchase. An RMA number is required for all returns. Return shipping fees are buyers responsibility and a 30% re-stock fee will be assessed on all returns. Custom Cables are non-refundable. Once returned merchandise arrives and is inspected a refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
