Returns of new and unused merchandise, in the original packaging where applicable, are accepted within 30 days of purchase. An RMA number is required for all returns. Return shipping fees are buyer's responsibility and a 30% re-stock fee will be assessed on all returns. Custom Cables are non-refundable.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from date of purchase to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. Provide us with your order number, date of order, and any photos pertaining to your request. Once your return is approved, an RMA number will be issued as well as further instructions on preparing your return. Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 15 days if the item is missing, defective or damaged or if you received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package sustained damage during transit, please keep the box or parcel and send photos of the damage immediately at email@example.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
